That's pretty much what I did. My XBOX360 crapped out over a year ago. I was going to get a new one, but then read that the failure rate within 2 years, even with the most recently manufactured consoles, is somewhere between 30-50%. PS3 has free online play too (plus it's a blu-ray player).

My pictures were usually a messy amalgam of Star Wars and WWII: Huge battles of X-wings vs Stukas. All I'm saying is that sometimes a picture might mean exactly what it portrays. Sometimes it might mean nothing at all. Even your examples of the modified graffiti - I still don't see those as viable threats if it was never intended that Mrs. Bowman see it. What if the intent was mere puffery?

So when a teenager says "I wish you were DEAD!" to their parents, the parents should call the cops, because that was a legitimate death threat, and not just a method of overly dramatic venting? To JFF: Xs for eyes only means you're dead in cartoon land, and as every kid knows, in cartoon land death isn't permanent, it's just a temporary setback. Should the kid get punished? Sure. Why not. As a felon? probably not. Thoughtcrime isn't real, yet... is it?

Well, the distinction is: The kid who wrote the graffitti didn't actually fuck Mrs. Bowman, and the kid who drew the picture didn't actually kill his teacher.

Assuming Philly prevails, they should be able to give the Hawks a better fight than the Sharks did. I can't believe the Sharks were swept - perhaps they were too focused on getting past the Wings and ran out of gas? The Stanley Cup is Chicago's to lose. Personally, I like the Richards/Carter duo more than Toews/Kane, but Hawks' D is way deeper. Both teams have good grit, and Leighton has motivation to beat his old club. I just hope the series is good, and goes at least 6 games.
