I want to say I saw Wilco before The Guinness Fleadh at the Arlington Raceway in summer 1998, at First Ave, right around when Being There came out, but I can't piece it together... But, if that Guinness Fleadh WAS the first time I saw Wilco, then it was one awesome concert day for a lot of wonderful LIVE firsts for me: X Los Lobos Wilco Richard Thompson Squeeze Capped off by Shane Macgowan (who I had seen before, but it was a great way to end my top festival) have seen Wilco maybe 5-6 times since then in Mpls, Duluth, Rochester, and Milwaukee.

I just knew he was hurt. There's no way that a guy with his talent and historical point production gets shut out like he did in the late playoffs.
