i think i'm gonna go see the second night in milwaukee and then bloomington the next day. milwaukee is a six hour drive but i've always wanted to go there, so why not? bloomington is relatively close however. wilco shows number 4 & 5! super excited.

why are the milwaukee and bloomington shows not listed on wilco world? EDIT: nevermind, they're there now

i only know this from bootlegs having never seen the band prior to jay's leaving the band, but i prefer the jay-less band live. but, i like the records jay is on a lot more.

i know jeff made some comments onstage last time that they would be doing the winter residency in chicago again this year. does anyone know anything about it? i'd really like to go this time around.

i love me some Bird, but so far this album has left me feeling a little cold, with the exception with a few really standout songs.

"when you wake up feeling old" is a good one. i also think "venus stopped the train" "reservations" and "far far away" have wintry vibes going on
