So I just read an interview with Jimmy Cliff where he says "I was inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of Fame and when I went up to speak I had in mind to say certain things, and I went up there and for whatever reason, I said some other things, and one sentence that I said, I can't tell you that sentence, but I live to regret saying that sentence publicly and wish I hadn't said it". So I watched the speech and nothing stood out to me as something he should regret saying. Anybody have any idea? Jimmy Cliff speech

Got tickets for November 23rd at Pepsi Center. I'll let you know how it is!

Yeah, kind of seems so.

Looks like an interesting read.

I am in the market as well. I had a Magellan up until a week ago when it just decided to die. It worked well once you got the address in and everything but the touch screen was not very good. It was a pretty cheap model. I would agree the voice feature is a must have. Once I got the address in I never really had to look at it as it would tell you when to turn. Something update-able would be nice. Would love to know what you end up getting as even the last one I had was a gift so I have never really perused the different features. My wife researched it a bit and it looks like we are leaning

Hope you don't mind me jumping on your question and getting some answers for myself! Personally I'm willing to spend as much as needed to get the keyboard that does everything I want but I don't want to spend any more than I need to. Features I would like to see: 1. Good Piano sound 2. Good Hammond organ type song 3. Different sounds ( the Cure, The Cars). What about if our band wants to cover "Won't get fooled again" or something like that? Do most keyboards have that sequencer type capability?

Abbey Road had an echo chamber. Glad I could help.

I'm actually in the same boat as well, looking for a good keyboard that can get all the sounds I want and I know nothing about keyboards. I have had people recommend the Yamaha Motif series pretty highly. They are a bit pricey but they do seem pretty versatile. Probably more than I need though. The other question is do I go with 88 keys? 72 keys? Less? I have really just started looking so it would be great to get some input.

Agreed. I enjoyed the heck out of the drunk girls video also.

Gang of Four was amazing last time I saw them.

Oh yeah, that's another thing about getting older. That stuff just does not heal up like it used to either. -
Asia (with 4 original members) and Crash test dummies have new albums coming out? Just seemed interesting to me and I hope I never hear them.

And oh yes, I would be interested. Edit: Downloading now, this show is from about a week after I saw them, awesome. Thanks again!

Please let those links still be working when I get home from work. And thanks in advance!

Yep, this is the reason I went with Kamera.

My wife just got me a year subscription to this which is kind of an interesting approach. Learning music monthly It's basically a guy that puts out an album a month. I think she paid $60 for the years worth of CD's. I just got the first one and it's not horrible. Kind of sounds like Gerry Rafferty. She thought it was cool to support an artist in this way but it's probalby not something I would have done. I'm already overwhelmed with music as it is. Plus, I can't imagine someone able to put out anything of real quality every month. But I'm more than willing to pay for new music.

I'm a happier and more well adjusted person at 40 then I was at 20. Probably the only thing I don't like is having to constantly worry about what I eat. -
I don't know, the Bee Gees with no Robin? I have never heard this.

Good points. Yeah, I remember for awhile there it seemed like they were the only band really playing that kind of straight ahead rock and roll. It does hold up.
