"what do you mean, make a pipe out of it?" i'm firmly in the WRP/kwhitehead/PQK camp... big whoop about people smoking weed and drinking beer. and as for people coming in close to the rail? that stuff happens all the time. personally i think they should get rid of the chairs and blankets from in front of the soundboard. it just leads to territorial pissings. i am NOT condoning people coming in last minute and standing directly in front of someone, but if that happened to me, i'd tell them to move on (which i did a couple of times; granted, i wasn't super close, though on Saturday's show i w

the lines for the dumplings, burritos and bbq were always huge when i wandered over there. i ate twice at the That's How We Roll place because that was never that busy, and grabbed a hot dog from the rotary club tent once too. i would have preferred other options, just didn't feel like waiting. the one time i did wait (for the burrito truck), i ended up missing my chance to shoot Mac DeMarco from the pit. i figured that ~30 min was a safe enough window.

yeah the food situation was terrible... i missed shooting Mac DeMarco since i thought that 30 min to get a burrito would be enough time. much better beer though... Smuttynose for the win! loved that they did a special beer for the event.
