Been spending some time over the last couple of days with my favorite May '77 show, Buffalo on May 9. Heck, one of my favorite shows from any era. Have listened to it innumerable times over the years. If anyone hasn't, I suggest you do. Especially the matrix that is in circulation. I'd be happy to set up a Dropbox link if anyone wants it.

Wish I had gotten this release, if for no other reason than starting in '73, the Academy of Music was our home away from home, growing up in Nassau County. Didn't catch any of the '72 Dead shows there, but so many amazing nights were spent in that theater.

Dare I ask, a metal festival? I'm pretty sure you weren't at Hangout.

It's my favorite tour (I'm not alone I know), but I'm no expert on each individual show, but if 4/26 is the Hundred Year Hall show, I can give that a huge thumb's up. I ended up buying the full show when it became available.

I agree with Choo Choo, getting the 6 Winterlude shows will give a perfect picture of the band hitting on all cylinders over the expanse of the entire songbook. If you want less of a financial investment, get the 3 shows from the October run at the Cap Theater in Portchester. Otherwise, check out the After the Show topics for the Roadcase shows and you may get some good ideas of what to get (although you may end up getting everyone of them if you do that!).

Inspired me to listen to a couple sides of the vinyl. Sounds freakin great. Love this album.
