Got tickets to the Chicago show. Will be my first and last time seeing them. I'm looking forward to it. I've met Will before and he was super nice.

I agree that fees are out of control. I don't think Frontgate or anybody else's fees are any better than Ticketmaster. I don't have any hard facts on it - just anecdotes. As far as the process of buying tickets I think ticketmaster.com is the best and far better than traveling to a box office.

I think Ticketmaster's website/application is the best as far as securing tickets. Why do people think they are the worst?
