I've been doing the "complaining about wilco not playing in FLA" thing for like 5 years.

I'm loving this album, but I have to add that Meg looks freaking unbelievably hot in the "Icky Thump" video. Not so much when she's playing the one blind eye prostitute, but when she's in the red room playing the drums... Wow.

I think it's awesome. Probably not as good as Be, but it's a really solid album

When Jeff explained Heavy Metal Drummer in the Spin magazine interview when AGiB came out it gave me a whole new appreciation of it.

I've always been a critic of her literary skills, as I think she's an excellent story teller, but her writing leaves something to be desired at times. With that chapter (and with certain others throughout the series) she really showed that she can elevate her writing beyond simply telling a story.

I reread it over the past few days and I just have to say the scene where Harry buries Dobby was one of, if not the, most well written parts of any of the Harry Potter series. That was an amazing, intense scene.
