You have proof that people were waterboarded after 2003?

Waterboarding - the most extreme interrogation technique used - was not performed after 2003. I'd hesitate to label any of the other techniques 'torture.'

The Golden Rule is fine with me when it comes to rules and conventions on the battlefield. Wear a uniform, carry your weapon in the open, avoid harming civilians as much as possible and treat prisoners humanely and we'll do likewise. Play dirty and we might play a little dirty too. Seems fair to me.

Do a little research on SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape) training. Techniques mentioned in the memos were derived from the SERE course which American special operations troops and aircrews attend in order to learn to survive capture by the enemy. Sad to see that Indie 103.1 FM is going off the air. It'll live on via the Internet, but it sounds like most of their celebrity DJs and niche shows won't be included. I wouldn't be surprised to see (Sex Pistol Steve) Jonesy's Jukebox pop up on satellite radio. It'd probably be even more fun as a 2-hour television show on a cable music channel.
