Not to get all Aeon Flux here, but if there were to be a great epidemic would it be unethical to use this DNA to make clones of those who died? Or if your child dies, will certain parents ask to use the DNA to create a clone? It certainly opens up a lot of doors to this. At present writing I sit on the side of it being unethical, but I haven't been in either scenario above or something similar. But yeah, that definitely doesn't sit right that the government has the rights (?) to your child's DNA?!

That photo of Kristy McNichol reminds me of 2 album covers I just saw this past weekend at the "Used Book/Albums/DVD Store". Carly Simon and Linda Ronstadt. Linda is a beautiful sultry looking woman, Carly not so much. I swear it's actually Mick Jagger trying to establish himself as a female singer songwriter.

Well, to play devil's advocate here: How different is that than going on a message board at work or going on Facebook etc.? I understand that it's a risque photo, but all 3 things are not work related. I did laugh though when the anchorwoman brought up the point that it was not technically porn.
