Apparently having an ad campaign that features the phrase "Eenie, Meenie, Minie, Moe," (among other choice-related phrases) means that Boulevard is racist. Am I alone in thinking that the rhyme, despite its origins, is now only about playfully making decisions? Here is the article (which includes a photo of the aforementioned offensive billboard).
