AOL has a strange video file format that makes them difficult to capture. I don't want to say its impossible, but i haven't found anything yet that can do it. I love for someone to be able to capture it.

I could, at least, capture the audio.

It's a FLV video, which I believe is Flash Video. I saved it and converted it to a better format. Will make a DVD of it some day pretty soon.

How? I normally use Ook Video Ook or VideoDownloader with Firefox for FLVs, but they wouldn't work with these.

i just found this last night. great performances.

if you watch the behind the scenes stuff, there is another awkward tweedy and autograph signee moment, a la iattbyh dvd. i laughed a little bit.

also, sansone is listed as patrick rather than pat. i thought that was weird.

and kotche didn't speak at all!

oh, by the way, who is that on cline's guitar (the androgynous- looking individual)?

I have a DVD done of this. I included the 2 songs from Jools Holland's show, What Light from Letterman, and both VW commercials. If someone wants to do a tree or something, let me know. I'm swamped under B&Ps right now or I'd do it myself.

Still searching for a way to capture the video's of the AOS Sessions... Anyone? Please?

As for Windows(don't know anything about Macs) this should do the job:http://www.download.com/Orbit-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10698740.html?tag=lst-0-1

Flash files can be seen(and converted to any format, even PSP) with "Total Video Converter".Shareware, can be found at download.com as well
