ction
saw him again at Monolith this past Sat. he had a pretty sweet turnout for being on the smallest stage! WEW was touring with Lucero last year, but dropped off before the east coast. So I got to see Rocky Votolato ( ) instead, just as he was hatching his plan to enslave 3/5 of Drag the River as his backing band. But yeah, a lot of people seem to be getting into Whitmore. Which is great, because he has a voice that deserves to be heard.
solace
yeah, not that big on Rocky myself (he headlined that acoustic stage later that evening, meh) i'm lucky in that William plays up here a ton (i skipped him last week knowing i'd see him in CO)

Big Perm
Prolly a touch to gangsta for most, but you can not argue that this isn't one of the best rap albums ever, and holds up amazingly well.

PigSooie
And what do you think? Only on the 2nd song, but I can see digging this. Sounds like really good pop.
Oil Can Boyd
Only on the 2nd song, but I can see digging this. Sounds like really good pop.The Good Earth is a little more acoustic and lush when compared to the first one (Crazy Rhythms) which is sort of jittery and electric. cryptique
The Good Earth is a little more acoustic and lush when compared to the first one (Crazy Rhythms) which is sort of jittery and electric. And then there's Only Life, which just might be their best.
