PopTodd
Oh don't give me any shit about Ringo being a crap drummer. He was a fucking BEATLE!!!! And those songs would not have been the same without him. Case in point: "She Said, She Said" The stuttering drum part is just fucking perfect. And, if you want to get academic and overly geeky about it, it highlights the paranoia inherent in the song.
JerseyMike
Anybody who thinks Ringo was a bad drummer is either not listening, or a complete moron. My favorite drum part is "The Day in the Life": subtle, yet complicated. Perfect.

Lammycat
Ringo, the human metronome! Fantastic drummer and changed the way drummers drum in several ways. I think "Here Comes The Sun," for me. Weird timing going on there.

Littlebear
Anybody who thinks Ringo was a bad drummer is either not listening, or a complete moron. I could say the opposite. I mean: why most of his drumming simply sounds like a saucepan?

jff
Too many. Lot's of great examples already. Ringo is an amazing drummer. There is no credible argument to the contrary. I love Ringo's bass drum syncopation leading into the verse of "I Wanna Be Your Lover". "She's a Woman". Ringo could change the entire dynamic of a song just by slightly opening or closing his hi-hats the perfect amount. That takes finesse that most drummers never master. This was a pretty common trait of his playing during their live playing years and can be heard on numerous tracks on the BBC cd. "Ballad of John and Yoko" That's Paul playing drums on that one, actually.
FaintingGoat
Come Together has the perfect groove. Without Ringo, well...

lamradio
Rain - the whole damn thing. (Best thread ever.) I'll have to second that. Is it just me, or does the tempo drag at times during that song? To me thats one of the reasons why its so great.
