rwin.nl - I was just thinking about his site - and I found it - through the wayback machine:

wayback machine

wayback machine- Search Results for Jan 01, 1996 - Oct 03, 2007

Maybe you want to snag the information -

Thanks for the links. Wasn't the maintainer of that site a semi regular poster here at one time?

I'll have to figure out what to do with all that info. The catalog numbers are especially useful.

I am just glad I finally recalled how to snag the info. He only posted when he updated his site. I see he has a myspace page - maybe you could get in touch with him that way.

We just exchanged myspace messages and he does not have the HTML discography files any longer. I'll have to pull it off of the wayback machine.

Thanks for doing the work - I was hoping you might go for a complete discography deal at some point.

There's some good info on some singles posted here: http://wilcoclub.wor...lco-cd-singles/

Most of the site is in Spanish.

I didn't include tracks from "Wilco related" albums. There's nothing on the list from "Down with Wilco" either Loose Fur album or any of the Golden Smog albums. Just individual rare tracks.

that could be 'Screen Door', from Uncle tupelo's first album:

Down here, where's we're at
The weather changes, that's the way it goes
Sometimes it snows, when everything's wrong
Sometimes it snows, but when it does, it doesn't last long

Down here, where we're at
All we do is sit out on the porch
And play our songs, and nothing's wrong
Sometime friends come around, they all sing along

Down here, where we're at
Everyone is equally poor
Down here, we don't care
We don't care what happens outside the screen door

Down here, where we're at
Sweat drips from the tip of your nose
You wear loose clothes, and you try to stay cool
We all still have a lot of fun, never saw much school

Down here, where we're at
Everyone is equally poor
Down here, we don't care
We don't care what happens outside the screen door

Sorry to hijack the thread, but it loosely applies ;). Thanks Froggie, but I should have said that it is the #23 track on Vol. 1 of "Outta Site (Outta Print) collection. See here:

http://wilcobase.com...uttaprint1b.jpg

But I can't seem to find any other info on it.

i just checked the disk... it is indeed a small snippet of 'Screen Door', i mentioned above. it sounds like a version Wilco played on their AM or maybe the BT tour. jeff usually played it solo on the AM tour.

the complete lyrics are posted above if you havent heard the whole song

.....................ah.....................no. Go to the first post in this very thread if you want a list of all of their B-Sides. Looks like that compilation ended sometime around the Mermaid Ave. discs.

no probs... i'd track the Uncle Tupelo stuff if you can.

its on the No depression album from 1989/90

the album has the earliest Tweedy tunes recorded with some rockers and the folkie Screen door:

That Year.. (from where Nirvana came up with the riff to Smells like teen spirit)
Train
Flatness
Screen Door

That Year = Smells Like Team Spirit? Really? I sort of hear it.................

I has a similar list like this one of Son Volt and Uncle Tupelo tracks if anyone is interested.

I added 2 tracks from the Ian Hunter Album "Shrunken Heads" that I had missed before.

New live track available for download at Wilcoworld.net

Greetings all,

Such tumultuous times. And in the spirit of giveaways that seem to be sweeping the nation, we've got something free for you. No it's not a pile of cash (sorry) but rather an audio postcard of sorts from a summer's night in Oregon with our friends the Fleet Foxes & a lovely Bob Dylan tune. All we ask is you go to http://wilcoworld.net/vote/ and click the "I pledge to vote in the 2008 Election" button. If you can spare it, we also encourage you to consider a donation to Feeding America http://www.feedingamerica.org/ . Happy listening (and please feel free to pass this email along to friends, family members, etc.).
