White Sox's Friday/Saturday/ Sunday games all canceled due to snow ---- I think the Twins should have went with the retractable-roof route. Now I just read that the next two Twins/Indians games will be played in Puerto Rico.

Today I became a great-uncle.

At least it's a great routine -- always loved those licks.

The funny thing is that the White Sox played their home game today (same start time as the Cubs)--- though I wish they postponed it, too, since they lost again.

Today is opening day at Wrigley. Postponed until tomorrow. Today was suppose to be youngest's first t-ball practice, too. (once the weather gets nicer - we'll post in the 2018 thread -- also, Lammy was the one who bumped this thread -- dammit' Lammy...)

Guess you can throw on a Cecil Taylor tune on, too. Must admit, I have never heard of Helfer, before. Be interested if he has any thoughts on Taylor.

Hey now ----- he wasn't too bad yesterday. He is only doing 20 games this year. 19 to go.

Jeez - how the hell can they can make that mistake. Other news - the White Sox completely blew their home opener yesterday.
