As long as you buy albums, there is no price hike. So $9.99 for DRM free albums encoded at 256 AAC (which is significantly better than 256 mp3) I'd say thats not bad at all. It's a little push from apple and EMI to buy albums, not songs, I think.

i think if you get something in return for donating to a charity, you have to subtract the estimated cost of that thing from your deduction. so if you paid $100 and normally it would be $30 to go to a Jeff Tweedy Show, you could count $70 as a donation. Then again, I might be making that up.

I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. The really annoying, really high pitched squeaks that occur when you move your left hand (sorry lefties) along a string to bring it somewhere quickly.
