Hope the show turns out to be more than you could have imagine or wished for. My first was a Asheville, NC show, I still lose my breath thinking back, I had no idea what to expect, but 'She's A Jar' & 'One By One' blew me away . Huntsville, AL when they played 'Let's Not Get Carried Away' Wilco does not let ya down for the shows, I'm wishing March would hurry up and get here, got tickets to Savannah & ATL which I do have a 'wish list' but I know it will be fun & I'll get some of my 'wishes'

I just finished 'the waiting time' by Eugenia Price. It was her last book she wrote, I love reading her books. Also a couple small books about Savannah... Now 'Georgia's Land of The Golden Isles' by Burnette Vanstory Next... 'The Lost Legacy of Georgia's Golden Isles' by Betsy Fancher 'Journal of a Residence on a Georgian Plantation in 1838-1839' by Fanny Kemble 'South' by Eugenia Price I love going to the library getting older books about Georgia, Florida, Carolina's, then take a road trip to visit these places and think what it was like back then. This is sad and just seems so unfair to the fans. I can't believe the prices, I know I could never pay that kind of price. At least one PIT ticket didn't go to them, I got very lucky! (which hardly ever happens with Wilco) If you listen to DaveFM on the internet or live in the Atlanta area they should be giving tickets away. They were I believe Friday and I am sure they will again before the show. It's not a sure bet, but it's a chance. Someone has to win the tickets, might as well be you...

What you do is have several accounts... Open them all before the start, each window (account) for each show you'd like to see... First I try for the show I wanted the most, then the next... Now if presale don't reap you decent seats, try on the next sale (some folks are lucky)

Welcome to the boards ElBirdos... I haven't picked a "favorite" record, yet, each one has something good and makes it hard to pick just one... My favorite song so far is "Wishful Thinking"... (but oh so many to pick just one favorite. I say you got a good start, as money permits add to your collection, you'll not be disappointed (IMHO) but also get some "live" shows, it is such a treat hearing these songs live vs record... Live shows is what got me hooked before I ever got a studio record, but records are fun too, to hear what the band put together and live shows to show us how to rock

In Athens, GA tonight at the 40 Watt club. Waiting for drivin' n' cryin to play... While dnc set up the house music was Wilco (the album) they played nearly the whole album... That was really kool

Thanks Wilco!!! Wilco in Savannah, I love it!!! Just maybe some other southern dates will show up that I can be lucky enough to see more than just one show... I want to thank Wilco for coming to Savannah!! See I've just started a 755 page book, the final book of a quartet about Savannah by Eguenia Price. Reading the history, thinking how it was 200 years ago. In March I will get to visit the city, walk the same streets as these people did so long ago, find places that are still standing today. It will be such an extra special visit this time...

Some day I'll get to witness Wishful Thinking live...

Wow, now I've often wished to see Green Gables, since I was a young girl and to see Wilco at Green Gables... "What would we be without Wishful Thinking?" (Tho I personally couldn't make that trip, but wouldn't it be kool) Has Wilco ever played PEI??? I'm happy for all ya'll folks getting to rock n' roll with Wilco, now and in the coming future!!! I'll just keep wishing for the Southern breezes to blow the boys back to Georgia...
