The Mets received the Twins' #'s 2, 3, 4 and 7 top ten prospects. Not too shabby. The Mets needed this deal more than the NYY or BOS, too. A huge boost for them, obviously. Still, would've been nice to have him wearing red socks this year. Exactly.

But they did offer these players in different packages. I'm a little surprised that they (The Twins) settled for what they did when they seemingly could have gotten better deals.

Are freedom of speech issues the same as right to assemble issues, though? There are lines that shouldn't be crossed without legal consequences. You can't announce that you are going to blow up a building or stab the clerk at the corner store because he short-changed you without legal consequences. This is curbing your "right" to say what you want with immunity. There are lines that can't be crossed.
