I like that one too. I like all of those sappy movie clip montage things and when it's set to Wilco it's even sweeter.

There are four of these up on youtube for those of you who may not have seen all of them yet. I hadn't seen the one with Either Way yet...I actually kind of like it. It's cute. The others I only like because they have Teh Wilcos in them.

I'm probably a pretty huge doofus, but what does the "RSBF" stand for? "Random shexy boy folk" or something of that nature?

Non-Wilco Tab Help! Clem Snide's "God Answers Back"
yermom replied to zerostreet's topic in Lyrics and Tabs
"God..." isn't on there but here is the archived version of the altcountrytab.com Clem Snide stuff: http://web.archive.org/web/20050227204404/...show&aid=93 -
I had a high school history teacher that insisted that kids should be paid to go to school, needless to say he was one of my favorites. Granted, this thing in NY is a little different...damned you standardized tests! Damned you No Child Left Behind! The whole standardized test thing is a big, smelly, controversial ball of wax. I'd like to read some of those "boobs" papers.

Toy Story never ceases to crack me up. It's got to be one of the best kids/family movies of all time. I love the Potato...he should get his own show.

Not true, unless you are looking for RIAA unsafe music...I can see how it would suck for someone if that's all they are after.

I'm assuming you are, seeing as how you are familiar with indie torrents, but you are a nice torrenter, right? Keep up a good ratio and all that jazz? If yes, pm me your e-mail address and I'll hook you up with the invite.

24...holding out for that whole "quarter of a century" birthday. I like how when folks are younger, they emphasize that they have a birthday coming up and when folks are not so younger, they'd just as soon not have another birthday anytime soon. I can't wait until I'm at least forty...any younger than that and people expect you to be "cool & sexy." "Cool & sexy" is just too much useless work, I'm going to start working on "old and wise" as soon as I can.

Good thing I already have a mate. If I were single in a world of dating where this list exists, I'd be screwed...or not apparently.

All this talk of horrible things people do reminds me of something that happened several years ago. Some guy's wife cheated on him or something and in order to get revenge he didn't let on that he was so disturbed by it, pretended to forgive her, and then proceeded to get her pregnant just so he could kill their child. I guess he tried to think of the most awful thing he could do to the woman and decided that killing her child would be the most brutal but first he had to give her a child so that he could take it away. This kind of calculated brutality is unfathomable. I was blown away by this

Your problem must be something other than firefox. I was able to view them. Lots of nice shots, Empyre!

I second Guitar Wolf...it's teh awesome. When I'm in the car with Love Rock on, I become Dashboard Drum Wolf. As for other current bands from countries other than my own, off the top of my head, I dig the Drones from Australia. And I also agree with the rest of you on B&S.

Awww crikey! My submitted question was going to be something along the lines of, "We know you dig Henry Miller...what other writers influence you/would you recommend?"

Maybe a little off subject but I just had this thought that made me very happy...How awesome would Jeff be on the Graham Norton show? As far as interviewers go, Graham is definitely the funniest I've ever seen. I think when Jeff/VC interview question submittal time arrives, I'll watch Graham Norton for pointers on good questions.

I snagged a signed copy of this off of eBay for really cheap a few months ago. Edit: Not the complete...just part one.

I was just checking out the videos of this on YouTube (I do a daily youtube wilco video check). Jeff is my kind of rock star! Awesome.

I've laughed at him but I don't remember what he said that was funny. I'll laugh at anything though...I'm an easy laugh. I think everyone I meet is funny. Also, I usually don't think too much about whether a comic's act is high-brow enough for me or offensive to me unless they are just blatantly offensive or someone else brings it up. David Cross has some pretty funny things to say about Larry the Cable Guy but David Cross comes across as a little self-righteous sometimes...meh, nobody's perfect.

There is a small airport in my town that only carries flights to Dallas/Ft. Worth....I may need to contact them by October. -

I was really psyched to see the reunited Fugees performance in the Dave Chapelle movie a while back but once I finally got to watch it, I was a little let down. Lauryn just didn't have the oomph I was looking for...granted, that could have more to do with the Fugees not getting along well or whatever. The Score is still one of the coolest hip-hop albums ever, Miseducation is chock full of good times, Unplugged is a little uncomfortable to listen to if I recall correctly. As far as Beyonce comparing herself to Lauryn...apples and oranges.
