  8. I just purchased a Fender Telecaster and I am wondering what type of pedal would accomodate a Tele well. I like to play country rock, rock blues. i was thinking of a "tremolo" pedal. Like the effect in Golden Smog and Jayhawks songs. what do yall think?

  10. ive seen jay twice, a few weeks right after he was let go in wilco and also on the day YHF was released. He and burch were playing in madison and said that they were listening to YHF in the car and was quite happy with it. At least when i saw him perform, Jay was great and fun and a pleasure to be around. nice guy, sort of feel bad from him. He is an incredible talent. i love his music.

  15. Paul Burch: East to West Old Crow Medicine Show: Big Iron World both rollicky, fun, grooving!
  16. im sort of disappointed with Jeff's involvement with Golden Smog. i know he is busy (so is everyone else in the band). Im just disappointed because GS sort of took him in after Uncle Tupelo separated. He was doing GS before/during Wilco was formed and A.M. was being recorded. GS was a new beginning for him and maybe it helped with the band split up. Hopefully, he wouldnt let those feelings go aside. But time goes on and things change.
  17. Im hoping wilco will play there in the future. but maybe they are too big for it. yeah im going to try to see M Ward and Calexico there.
