I just heard an interview with Michael Phelps on NPR, and I have to admit that I felt a little excitement about the whole thing. Perhaps I've been too hasty in claiming that "I so don't care about the Olympics."

I've had the same problem when I go to Passenger Side--I can't use the pull down menu to select a show. At first I thought perhaps it was because no one had signed up for any of it yet, but I doubt that is still the case. I've tried it on IE and Firefox.

Yeah, Bon Iver definitely started early. We were milling around the merch tent when my husband heard "Flume" and realized they had taken the stage already, so we hustled over. Wilco came on at almost exactly at 8:30. Sounds like you owe Wilco for forcing your hand in that move.
