Bobob, he's a talented guitarist no doubt (his songwriting blows though imo), but he's quite a dillhole. not that that should change someone's perception of his music, just sayin'

weird, the show here was pretty loud and rockin' other than the 2-3 solo songs he did, which were dead silent at our show at least. i could see if it was a solo show or something, but he has frickin' 2 drummers on this tour! but yeah, The Metro isn't exactly the best venue for him, but in all honesty as good as the current band is, i'd see him anywhere right now.

i definitely like it better than Seperation Sunday already... not sure about Almost Killed Me yet, too soon

what exactly do you mean 'shows like this' ? like people being chatty/loud? because Matt's show is pretty loud & rockin' in all honesty, save for the few solo songs he may play. a loud/talktive crowd wouldn't have even been heard other than between songs at most of his shows on this tour.

my god the remastered tracks on here sound absolutely stunning

they were selling one at the Minneapolis show this summer, supposedly that was a special shirt for that show though

that's too bad about the shorter show... the Minneapolis show was just under 2 hours

Summer Sun was really weak save for a couple tracks. this new one is really great, but still a ways down in terms of my fave YLT albums always been really so-so on them, mostly due to seeing them open for a bunch of shows i've seen and not caring much, but man that Pushover song rules

the new Sparta is pretty cool

you have to manually change the tracks to gapless. iTunes 7 tries to determine it automatically when you install it (it takes FOREVER to go through all your files), but you can manually gapless on all your files, which is much faster and the gaps will still be there if you fast forward to the end, you have to let it play all the way through

not sure, i've never had much of a desire to burn using iTunes, but i recall the mixes i've made using it not having the gap when i set it to 0? as for crossfading, not a fan of it myself, but then again i listen to albums not shuffle

it always did, there's been a setting in iTunes to change the gap preferences since at least iTunes 4
