I still think this album would have better with Dark Neon leading things off followed by the current song order.

I've been a huge PJ fan for all of my adult life, and I don't think that I've ever heard Ed mention Wilco. Curious -- what did he have to say about them? That's pretty cool.

Not sure why the song "Funky Town" keeps popping into my head everytime I listen to BBN, but it does. Nevertheless, I love, love, love the song. That is all.

For the record, the $50,000 figure isn't an exact sum for damages -- it's merely a jurisdictional amount that plaintiffs plead to have the case heard in one division of court (Law) instead of another (Municipal). The amount that JB claims for damages is probably much, much more.

I think I'm in the minority by saying that I would trade Ed never touring solo for one show of the entire band. I went and I'm glad I went, but I probably won't go again.

Once again, I HATE festival shows. Same reason I'm pissed that the National can't play a proper show here either.

Shara and Becky are both on the tour. From interviews with Colin, they are playing HOL in its entirety during the first set of the show, with other songs from their catalogue thrown in during the second half. I loved the live performance on SXSW, and was shocked that they pulled it off and sounded so good doing it. I can't believe that they don't have Chicago on their iternary though. With the exception of Lovely Night and HOL No. 3, I love this album.

How was the duet with Feist on You and I? That is all.
