  1. Put down a killer whale for being a killer? Seriously?
  2. I think I'm going to ask for a vacation day on May 4th. Get some Beer, get the headphones all ready...
  3. Train keeps a rollin for the same old song and dance.
  4. No, that is the first thing that came to mind when I heard the story...
  5. Todd Rundgren has a new album of Robert Johnson covers coming out called "Todd Rundgrens Johnson". Not really looking forward to it but I thought that was kind of funny.
  6. Oh cool. I was looking to get that one, MOJO had nice things to say about it.
  7. I like the sound of that but I'm not getting the image (may be blocked at work). What is it?
  8. Sandanista always comes to mind for big sprawling albums but I would not edit it at all. There was no such thing as too much Clash with that line up.
  9. Listening to 3/26/73 right now. Wolfman Jack introducing the second set! What a voice. Followed by Ramble on Rose of course.
  10. Heck yeah you should go. Beats shake and bake and TV (or whatever else you might have planned).
  11. He is a decent fit for the team but he has never scared me as a player. They are a better team with him, especially once they get Ilgauskas back.
  12. I wasted a sad amount of money on that damn game. It was basically just a memorization game with a tiny bit of motor skill requirement.
  13. I wore this album out. And wired too but more this one. Nobody sounds like Beck. Speaking of Beck, new album coming out in April:
  14. I also have Jamesons in the cabinet right now but there is something to be said for the good old fashion Bourbons as well. Wild Turkey, Makers Mark, Jack.
  15. Here is a similar one. Mancow waterboard
  16. Thems some hearty people that live in Duluth.
  17. When the spotlight hits that guitar it does amazing things.
  18. Me too! It was in San Francisco. Tad Doyle kept threatening to stage dive which had the first 5 rows flinching, funny as heck. They actually were not all the well recieved from what I remember but I liked them.
  19. I would say it's pretty damn good over all. Matt Taibbi is fantastic. Before that they had William Greider, PJ O Rourke, Hunter Thompson. Not a bad track record for a music magazine.
  20. Then where's the chess or Settlers of Catan? Odd injury: German luger chips a tooth biting his medal
  21. Sounds better than I remember. I do love Richard Lloyd and Robert Quine on guitars. Some nice keys from Nicky Hopkins as well.
