Getting tazed by the cops would have kicked that trip to a whole new level.

This is really good so far. I love the post apocolyptic stuff.

So all these years my shrinking t-shirts can be attributed to a defect. Great news!

I just finished the last episode of Arrested Development. I always hate coming to the end of a good series. The good news is, I just started season 4 of Dexter.

Breaking news: Lou Reed Snubs Susan Boyle!
Moss replied to Magnetized's topic in Someone Else's Song
In a way it's sort of admirable on Lou Reed's part. Her debut album sold 9 million copies. Think of the royalties Lou would get if she were to put this on her next album. -
I agree, saw him open for Jason Isbell awhile back and it was amazing. Kind of felt like you were back in time a little bit. his stage presence goes really well with the songs he does. Kind of that old fashioned polished entertainer thing (which I'm really not describing well).

Oprah Winfrey on a Plasma screen and a brood of jug-eared buck-toothed imbeciles The Ugliest fucking kids I've ever seen and My baby calls me the Loch Ness monster Two great big humps and then I'm gone

Yeah, that part is not as easy but I rarely use if for swells. I tend to use the guitar volume knob more but I have had to reach down and pull the block out with my hands because I couldn't get it with my foot. I'm sure I could modify it somehow to make it easier to get out. -
We wore out Live Bootleg growing up. I remember staring at those pictures of the band for hours while listening to that. I thought Joe Perry was just about the coolest thing around with that red B.C. Rich guitar he played.

That's great. What's not to love about this band.

That's what I do. I have a block of wood that I put in the front to keep it at a certain volume. When I need a little boost I just rock it forward until it stops. Then rock it back on to the wood block to lower the volume back down. Works like a charm. -
Just got back from seeing Pavement tonight. Just spectacular in all ways. Jenny and Johnny opened up. One of the better shows I have seen in a long time.

This is a good call.

Wow, like a John Carpenter movie.

Big vibes to you in this tough time. That Bukowki is very nice, never heard that before. I always like these lyrics: Brokedown palace - Grateful Dead Fare you well my honey Fare you well my only true one All the birds that were singing Have flown except you alone Goin to leave this Broke-down Palace On my hands and my knees I will roll roll roll Make myself a bed by the waterside In my time - in my time - I will roll roll roll In a bed, in a bed by the waterside I will lay my head Listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul River gonna take me Sing me sweet a -

Checking this out before I see them open for Pavement tomorrow night.

OK, not really a youtube video but pretty wild. Inside of a cruise ship during heavy seas. Cruise liner in heavy seas

I don't know. Once I hear a band is bringing in Linda Perry and Desmond Child to help write songs, I know their best days are way behind them.

That Cee-lo song is great. I can't watch YouTube at work but this looks pretty cool. Radiohead link

Weird, my mom has been getting rid of her old vinyl and just gave me this one.
