honestly, i like the fact that it doesn't seemed too watered down to make it more accessible to the mass movie going population...like the spiderman flicks ended up being and the new batman flicks pulled themsleves up from.

the edge of your seat thing w/ desmond getting ahold of penny was one future jump away from being cheesy, but ended up being a blast. while i'm following what's going by a string, that was a great fucking episode. and as stated earlier...FISHER STEVENS!!!

if i was mr. kinsley, i would give that the post of the day award...the image of her in that wig couldn't have been more immediately palpable. i actually snorted.

i gained a new appreciation for a few of the tracks finally seeing them live, but overall...it's still what i put on my iPod when i want to take nap. a lot different than when i experieinced the AGIB stuff live...didn't really like the album that much and then it completely clicked on the drive home from the first gig the current lineup played at otto's.

sure, just as much people are allowed to have opinions (counter or otherwise) to yours and freely let you know that. you seem offput by the need for moderation of this board and yet, seem genuinely offput in the way some folks have responded to you, enough to make an issue of it. it's kind of confusing.
