It's okay to say mean things about other bands around here, just not Wilco. They are really talented, experimental (omg nels cline is awe!1some!11!!!), never sold a million records and have never done anything lame (vw commercials). They are superior because of this. We've heard the opinions of the naysayers. So enough is enough. You guys don't like the smashing pumpkins. We get it.

Just got back from their first asheville show! Was pretty cool and there are a lot of people who still like the pumpkins. Their fanbase is rabbid...must sleep now.

Q: Why was it so important to bring back the south? A: "How much time ya got, buddy? Where would I start? Well, ...."

They did that in Asheville a few months back too. Apparently, the song has been apart of their live show for a while because he said that they also played it a year before in Asheville at another venue.

Great! I love it.

Up next: the new white stripes, which I have yet to hear....I listened to GBMS a couple of times but didn't like it at all. Hope this one is better.

Look for the 4 shows they put on as the Djali Zwan. When people talk about the better songs, these are the shows/songs they are talking about. That's because that album was never recorded. The band broke up a week before they were to enter the studio. It's been rumored that there were some demoed songs but nothing more has been said. I dig their Number of the Beast cover. Most of those songs ended up on the canned "chicago" solo album. I would love to hear them....I have the live shows somewhere...

I am going to the show on the 23rd. I figured that I didn't need to be greedy by going to several shows especially after the fiasco yesterday.

I agree. That record is pretty up there with some of his best work and the time period had a certain creative flare that his solo stuff just didn't even come close to having. I think the song is good. The guitar work is pretty wicked and the lyrics are trite. His singing did bug me a bit, but all-in-all, a fun song.

I have taken a leak before. I had fun.

They got rid of the "the" in their name. Their first two albums had no "the," only their latter ones did. I like the artwork.

Renewed for 2 more seasons Plus, the show will be re-created into a thriller-type show.

I agree with you 1000%. You say things so much better than I could. It's okay not to think this album is brilliant. There, I said it.
