Good Old Neon
Quite simply the most comfy shoes, er, loafers ever. And, as sort of like a bonus, very eco-friendly, biodegradable and recyclable. Simple Loaf Off Road.
M. (hristine
Lucchese in black cherry: They look much better now that they're beat all to hell. It's all your fault, you know. Those Lucchese are mighty fine looking boots, but sadly far too narrow for my wide, highly arched foot.

quarter23cd
I got a pair of sneakers at Target for $20 several months ago. They aren't particularly comfortable or stylish, but they were cheap. To be honest, I'm hoping it won't be long before they finish disintegrating off my feet and I can justify going to get new ones. I think I only own three pair of shoes: summer, winter, snow boot.

cryptique
I have EEE-width feet, so my shoes are what I can find in my size, rather than what I would wear if I had unlimited choices.
Lammycat
(The most comfortable pair of flip flops ever. They broke me of my Teva fetish.)re: Crocs sandals. I agree. Every summer for the past 8-9 years I've bought a new pair of Teva flip-flops for about $20. By the end of the summer they're worn down and usually pretty uncomfortable to wear as there's no cushion left in them. They also wreak havoc with dead skin around the edge of the foot that requires me to apply heavy dosages of foot cream throughout the summer to keepmy feet from cracking/peeling. The Crocs are very comfortable with none of the above issues, cost just a little more than the Tevas, and will last a lot longer. Unfortunately, I lost my Crocs sandals to a river earl in the summer. jenbobblehead
i just ordered these for cahtzee jr and i'm pretty sure i need a pair myself. i also have these: the crippled girl's dress shoe for fall 07 Uncomplicated dress shoe--very very comfortable! and a pair of these in smooth black leathah found on closeout. they were my favorite shoe of last winter, mostly because they slip on and tying shoes was a hardship. They are the best Merrells ever and they are warm and waterproof (well as water tight as a shoe with no back is) and i love my orange ones too.

And i'm too old to wear Converse All Stars. Those sneaks have NO ARCH SUPPORT at all. also they require tying which i have given up.
EL the Famous
I need these. I don't know that they had them in women's sizes, but I picked those up at Journey's...currently on sale for a steal. They're getting the most feet time too, so I may need to pickup another pair for when these go ka-put.
