KevinG
TOO EARLY! Not that there is any album coming out in the next two months, but for christsakes, it is the 4th of November. I declare a moratorium on best of 2007 until at least after Thanksgiving.
DAngerer09
Feel free to adjust your list if something comes along and dazzles you, but it is not too early at all to disucss the best releases of the year.

Scalzunfield
Spoon - Ga x5Blitzen Trapper - Wild Mountain NationWhite Stripes - Icky ThumpFeist - The ReminderTed Leo - Living With The Living Great year all around though: begin introduced to The National, Dr Dog, Ted Leo, and others has been great. I finally "get" something by Radiohead with this new album, but still don't think it's the greatest stuff in the world. I've even attended some outstanding shows, so I've been really happy with 2007. I think everyone should wait on top tens till they hear the new Phosphorescent though. It will definitely be near the top of my list.

Welsh Rich
I need to hear the Bon Iver one... lot of talk about that. At the moment, and in no order just yet: The National - BoxerLCD Soundsystem - Sound of SilverBattles - MirroredTwilight Sad - Fourteen Autumns and Fifteen WintersSpoon - Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga
TheMaker
Allow me to be the first to very proudly give top honours (or even an honourable mention - say it ain't so!) to: 1. Of Montreal - Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? Perhaps the densest record I've heard since YHF, in terms of musicianship and lyrical content. It's an absolute stunner, and the hot streak these guys have been on since Satanic Panic in the Attic continues to floor me with each new song they release. And: 2. Spoon - Ga Ga Ga Ga3. Arcade Fire - Neon Bible4. Feist - The Reminder5. LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver In another year, any of these could have captured the top slot. I think it's been a fuckin' fantastic year for tunage.
