The price of More Blood, More Tracks has been dropping - it's at $114, now. I bit the bullet and pre-ordered. Also, just got the 'A Simple Twist of Fate' book from the library yesterday.

They all seemed completely bored in that footage. It was cool to see Nicky Hopkins play the Wurlitzer --- at least I think it was a Wurlitzer. Harrison's tone was great, too --- though it too seemed a little uninspired.

Indeed --- caught the show up in Minneapolis, the new tunes sounded pretty good. Looking forward to the release.

I assumed there was going to be at least a 2 disc version --- that stinks. Probably a ploy to get the collectors to spring for the 6 cd set - knowing that 1 cd version is never going to do it for them. I need to dig through my hard drive to see how much I have of this already.

I went for the 2 disc of the 65-66 Bootleg and I have been kinda kicking myself since. I was hoping my library system have sprung for the 6 cd set, but so far they have not. I did the 79-81 complete set. Skipped the Basement set - but tI am able to get the 6 cd set from my library, when I feel like listening to it.

Thx - Just put it on hold -- don't think I ever read it before. Blood on the Tracks is probably my favorite record of his -- guess I need to see how much the thing is going to cost before I decide.

This past summer, I finally gotten around to visit the area that will be impacted --- we noticed all the evacuation signs on the roads and the gates on the the highway exits. The oldest kid asked what they were for. The town (Folly Beach S.C) where we stayed at for a week has been ordered to evacuate and they are not even it the true center of the path. Great area - hopefully everybody stays safe and the landscape/property isn't altered too badly.

Yeah - the start of the Bertha was tough. So far, I only got through the 1st two disc's of the 1st show. The mix definitely gets better -- I think Billy sounds great through out and Keith, too.

UPS did circles to get the set to me, yesterday --- haven't listened to it, yet --- but they really outdid themselves with the packaging. Great looking set. Even my 9 year old was impressed.

The White Sox have been been playing pretty great since the break -- this is a huge blow.

Now it's being listed as $79 --- I hate when they do that.

Got my shipping email overnight -- it states it should be shipping to my house tomorrow - which might be problematic, since my street will be closed due to our village's fest in the park across the street from me. Guess I will need to find my local UPS place or I guess I could just stand and the corner and flag down UPS trucks all day long... Currently listening to VInce's first show (9.7.90) --- from the get go his board didn't sound all that great.

Saw a show during that Summertooth/Up tour, too, in St. Louis.

I haven't gotten one either - though I don't worry about such things with Dead.net -- I have received shipping notices on items that I bought after I have received them.
