Every time a band comes through Iowa City the music director sends e-mails/makes calls about an interview. Tony M. management offered a phoner with Nels for this afternoon. I got the mass e-mail about it and demanded that I get the interview.

So I work on the Obama campaign in Iowa City. Apparently we are having some scavenger hunt thingymabobber that, if you win, allows you to meet Wilco. My boss tells me they're huge supporters and are even planning on wearing Obama gear during the show. Sweet. They aren't setting up chairs for Wilco. I talked to the comittee that books shows, and they informed me so. I agree that the Main Lounge is mediocre for shows.

I haven't read through this whole thread, so forgive me if this has been brought up, but... how much do you plan on paying for the album? i think CD's should cost about 10 dollars. This is a double album, so i might go up to 15 for it. it depends on how much money i have at the time.

Jeff Tweedy to Me Jeff Tweedy is Wilco. Nels Cline is in Wilco. Nels Cline plays in a band called Banyan. So have John Frusciante and Flea of RHCP. Anthony Kiedis is in RHCP. Anthony Kiedis dated Jacqueline Novak, a supermodel. Jacqueline Novak's younger brother is John Barna, my friend.
