  1. I think that Tweedy's songwriting legacy is much more influential than what the band does in any technical realm.
  2. Kingpin, Spiders, Misunderstood, Pieholden Suite, Ashes, Hell Is Chrome, At Least That's What You Said, I'm A Wheel, Theologians In my wildest dream they play all of these songs. As for Sky Blue Sky tracks..... I know that they'll be in heavy dosage, I'm not too worried about them.
  3. Talk about it! I was sorely disappointed on first lesson, but I'm starting to really dig it.
  4. Yes absolutely. At times I struggle between Dylan and Tweedy as fave songwriter, but Wilco is unquestionably my favorite band.
  5. I feel that the music undermines the songwriting here. You can make that argument for the entire album, of course, but I think that the juxtaposition of Jeff's songwriting and Jay's lush, dense, melodic studio musings works for me on just about every other Summerteeth song. I'm pretty CSI was produced by some outsider brought in to tailor the song into a "hit."
  6. I just want them to play for a really long time. I don't see how they couldn't. I'm going with my family and I want Wilco to blow them away.
  7. i ask again: hiow many reserved seats went on sale today, %age wise? How many will be left tomorrow?
  8. more reserved seats on sale tomorrow? do i wait till then or grab lawn seats?
  9. i truly hate this. how many more tickets went on sale %age wise?
  10. yeah but did ANYONE get tickets?
  11. yeah wtf? in les then 30 secs?
  12. Arranged seating? Do I need to buy tickets together to sit with my friends in the reserved area?
