She is a beauty. Love the double parallelogram inlays and big ass pickguard. Classic Gibson.

There are some good ones mentioned, but the one I listen to the most is this one: Jeff Tweedy May 16, 2003Martyr'sChicago, IL http://www.sooutoftune.org/concerts/252

Today I listened to The Grateful Dead noodle their way thru Scarlet Begonias on Sirius/XM. Not bad. Not great, either. A bit monotonous. I won't be setting up my Shures in front of Phil anytime soon. But I still enjoyed the ride.

You have to first 'host' the pictures on a photo sharing site like http://imgur.com/ or flicker.com then they give you a URL code for each picture sutiable for posting on message boards. Sounds harder than it is.

I am looking for a JT solo record. I would love to see some minimalist thing, some folk-y thing and/or some JT lead guitar stuff (a la AGiB).

New record coming soon. Looking forward to this. I really liked Acid Tongue.

Great Ceaser's Ghost, I unapologetically love this record.

Favorite Albums You Can't Listen To Anymore
anthony replied to Vacant Horizon's topic in Someone Else's Song
Technology has changed how I listen, as well. However, I am a little different. At home, I listen primarily (say 75%) to vinyl. Therefore, full albums all the way thru. The other 25% is Spoitfy when I want to check out a new artist/record before buying (the digital test drive). On the road, I listen mostly to XM/Sirius and occasionally Pandora. I am not sure why, but I still like the 'radio' experience when driving. Not knowing the next song, discovering new music, DJ chatter, etc. -
That sucks. Vibes, for sure. I had my apartment robbed. Such a terrible feeling of violation. I still shudder. I also woke up one morning to have my car gone (my apartment complex did not see my parking sticker and had it towed). A terribly surreal feeling to see your car just gone. ( the Lebowski clip is too good - leads?)

I bought that Firm cassette, as well. Listened once ... maybe twice. The Manic Nirvana was the last RP solo I bought (which I enjoyed to a certain extent). I saw him on that tour, as well. Not a terrible show, as I recall. Then again, this was probably during my peak LZ obsession phase and I was probably very forgiving.
