It's a bit of a grey area in my opinion. If you have a singing voice like mine, it's probably appropriate, even encouraged, that you sing along with the band.

Agreed... I haven't heard much about it but it is easily my favorite by them or Camper Van Beethoven. Very solid all the way thru.

I've given it a few spins thus far and really like it. Most of the stuff that I really like, I already had though. Trapeze Artist is such a great song and I really like the Love Vigilantes cover. That said, I've actually liked the Fall 2007 release that he enabled for free download on his site quite a bit more thus far.

I've given this a few more spins and it has really grown on me. It's a bit of a departure from the previous two but I really like it. Really need to see these guys live.
