I think he's always known that Michael's an idiot. He's a good salesman and his office performs reasonably well though. I don't believe that Jim has ever been recognized as a big performer on the show... he's actually kind of a slacker..he's just sane. Several of the story lines over the years have centered around some of Michael's redeeming qualities. One is that he is a good sales guy.

I haven't heard anything from Vetiver's new one but really like Ready for the Flood. I haven't listened to it enough to know how it will stick with me but first few spins were pleasant enough. As for Ben Kweller's, it the first album of his that I've liked.

I am a big proponent of moving Super Bowls to Saturday evening. I have yet to find anyone that can highlight why they haven't done this already. I would think there would be no negative impact to viewership. I also think that it would make travel arrangements much easier for those heading to the game. Does anyone have Roger Goodall's e-mail?

completely! I heard Shannon on Mike & Mike the other day and thought maybe I was misunderstanding. They were letting him plug the cause like he was promoting a charity or something. Note that I love avocados and omega3.
