I did the same thing with this one. Bought it, was disappointed and put it away. Took it out a few years later and loved it. Maybe it was ahead of it's time or something.

You are so right. I have been listening to FACE non stop since I bought it a few weeks ago. It's up there with the best Guided by voices stuff.

Speaking for myself, this board is really slow and hard to use at work since we are still on IE 5 so I get frustrated. We are upgrading later in the year so I will be able to get back to my numerous and extremely high quality posts at some point.
