We're all rich! Ticketmaster class action...
Moss replied to remphish1's topic in Someone Else's Song
So I can get up to $3 off a future ticket? Won't they just add some sort of class action charge to make up for it? -
Yep, really liked that Yob album. Like the sound of the Cormorant album streaming here also: http://www.npr.org/series/98679384/first-listen

I'm going to have to hear that new Rich album. I always thought of him as the lucky guy surrounded by Chris and Marc Ford. Plus he always came across as such a dick. Does his album sound like the Crowes or is it something new?

Thought this was a new Catherine Wheel when I first looked at it. Freaked me out.

Nels named in Rolling Stones 100 Greatest Guitarists of All-Time List
Moss replied to Muzzle of Dan's topic in Just A Fan
I really don't have a problem with the list but certainly the order is somewhat subjective (ok, the list is all subjective). For example I think Prince is way too high on the list but I know others will disagree. Hendrix is always number 1 and should always be number 1. One of those nice absolutes in life that are so rare. I don't know how you can argue that. One listen to Machine Gun from Band of Gypsy's and the matter is settled, Jazz, classical, whatever. -
Cool, getting it now. Thanks. One of the better bands around today.

First electric guitar I owned and I still have it. It really is a great sounding guitar, especially for the price. They are heavy but no worse than a Les Paul from what I can tell. Built like a tank, I abused the hell out of that guitar and it still plays great, and I bought mine sometime in the early 80's. Nice fat sound to it. I remember being excited to see Johnny Copeland play one on the cover of the showdown album.

Are you saying Mark E. Smith is somehow cooler than Bob Dylan and George Harrison?
-
Alright, I might have been a little worked up. But no way they are greater than George.
-
I side with the seed.

The fall are not even greater than Ringo.

I can't even think about Christmas before thanksgiving. Would sure be nice to get all my shopping done prior to Dec. 24th for once though.

Really? You can buy the new 24 hour song for $5000 on a hard drive encased in an actual human skull?

Wow, just finished season 4 last night. Have been on a binge for the last month or so watching the entire series. I was going to ask if there is a plan to do a season 5 but reading through this thread has answered that question. Everything wrapped up so tidy that it almost seemed like that was going to be it. It's hard for me to imagine where they could go with this from here but I can't imagine Hank is going to keep falling for the "gambling winnings" lie as he just seems too smart. And there is still the Mike character to deal with. Not to mention Gus' entire network. The writing has
