Fractured femurs, fractured collarbones, spinal injuries, Hoogerland's legs (that picture is nasty). I could not believe that footage of the car incident, rough stuff so far.

Are there actually any all-stars playing in the all star game this year?

1. I can't really remember other than I was very aware of them and always liked them but I did not start getting into them in a big way until Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. I remember seeing them early on, must have been around the time of A.M.on some late night show. Not sure why I didn't investigate further because they stuck with me. Our band played Outtasite right after it came out but I still didn't go all in until later. Seems strange to be now. 2. First show was in 2002 in Denver and I was blown away completely and hooked ever since.

I don't have a facebook friend in there or whatever.

I have never had good luck getting a pedal repaired. Always seems to cost more than just buying a new one. Plus all the places that do it seem to have a 6 week backlog of work so you end up pedal-less for a long time. I have a huge graveyard of broken pedals, especially wah wah pedals. Cry baby should let you trade in 5 broken ones to get one new one or something.

That's a much better list, just need to shoe horn The Replacements in there somewhere.

Interesting. A video on the making of the album cover and a video of how to coffee stain your CD: How to coffee stain it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZigVLW09YY

Wow. I really want a pedal steel at some point. And where does one even buy a Sitar?
-
Whoa, that sounds pretty darn good. I was in the mood for a band that rocks.

Guns N Roses have no business in the top 100. There I said it.

That's really cool! I love that stuff. I have a copy of "Fodor's rock and roll traveler USA" that I keep track of all this stuff in. Every time I see something like this I write it in the book. It's really quite amazing how many notes I have accumulated over the years on where various rock and roll events have occured and where album covers were shot. And who new Graham Nash was just out of the frame on that? Thanks for the addition. This is an excellent reference for this kind of stuff:

Finally got some more pictures so no more guesswork. It's an ES-335 made in Kalamazoo. Just need to figure out the year which is still confusing with their numbering system.

I sure hope he is supporting the 2nd leg of the tour as well, which I'm sure will pass through Red Rocks.

Yes, especially this part: "For something to be beautiful, it needs to move me or affect me in some way. Despite the lushness and harmonies of this album, I'm left cold with no connection to it. I also don't think the melodies are very strong at all. And the harmonies feel tacked on as a way to move each song along, rather than something organic and natural." Naw, you hit the nail on the head. If it does not connect with you then it just does not. But a big part of me wants to say, "Well listen to it again dammit, your are obviously missing something!" even though I know better.

You saved me the trouble of typing this because I was wondering the exact same thing. I can understand not liking Fleet Foxes. But to like their previous work and not like the new one is beyond my comprehension.

Oops, sorry for the spoiler. Actually it appears that all the props on that page are from the trinity killer.

Check out North Hills as well (which I still prefer at this point).
