So excited for tonight!!! But still basking in the glow of this show at The Wiltern... Laminated Cat was probably one of the most awesome things I have ever experienced at a rock show. It was really just stunning and face-melting all at once. It was really great to see She's A Jar - a personal first. Casino Queen was another one that had me smiling from ear to ear. What an excellent night!!! So much rock music in one epic show... It was a seriously rocking vibe tonight and the Palladium was the right place to have that kind of show. Jeff was very playful tonight... lots of funny banter... I loved the bit about Michael's mustache being Michael's Walt Disney look... I Must Be High, Candyfloss, The Lonely 1... get out of here... The Lonely 1 was really a nice way to end the show. It's such a beautiful arrangement. I love the way Jeff exited while the others continued playing and then left one by one. I had such a blast at this show! It was my first since the Aspen/Snowmass Jazzfest show in September 2010 and I couldn't have been more excited. I thought the venue was awesome. It felt very intimate an sounded flawless from row G on the house right side! I was lucky enough to be in a spot where I could stand for the whole show and no one seemed to mind. A few others around me seemed happy to do just the same. All the new songs kicked some serious ass live, especially Art Of Almost (the videos and live recordings don't do justice to the energy exploding from the jam at the end). Rising Red L

I'm going to all three LA shows. I'm not getting my hopes up to expect anything like that Lincoln Hall show. That was not only a hometown show, but also a benefit show with extra high priced tickets. However - I imagine that three consecutive nights in a city will provide quite an array of gems, just based on the recent two night stands they've played on the first leg of the tour. (null)

Tried for tickets at 10 am sharp and nothing was available for the 3rd LA show. Then at 10:10 I pulled 2 for far right orchestra row z and bought 'em up quick. Now it seems there are all kinds of tickets available. Hmmm. All in all I'm very happy to be attending four shows! I'll be at San Diego and all 3 of the LA shows. (null)

I'm floating in and out of airports today, as I make my way back to LA from my Holiday adventures. I picked up a copy of Rolling Stone and was surprised to find Nels listed at #82 on their list of the top 100 Guitarists of All-Time

Wilcobase was such a valuable resource in helping further my Wilco addiction when I was first getting into them and first collecting their bootlegs. Thank you so much Rob. Glad to see Wilcobase revived!

Saw Dawes last night at the Music Box Theatre in LA! What an awesome live band!

Got tickets for the Wiltren show in LA today! Can't wait for the last week of January now... I'll be seeing Wilco in San Diego and then twice in LA... now that sounds like a good week.

The 2 disc set is pretty awesome. I think the remastered version of WYWH sounds great; and the bonus disc with Shine On, Raving and Drooling, and You've Got To Be Crazy is worth checking out.

Anyone else realize that you can't do multiple song requests anymore? Also - you can't see the list of what songs are most requested... or at least I didn't see it. Edit - I guess you can make multiple requests. I just went back a few days later and got to request again.

At The Wiltern last time, they started by announcing 2 nights and added a 3rd after those shows sold out.

I feel very lucky to have gotten the LA tickets. I sat in the waiting room like others while my girlfriend managed to get into the site and roam around long enough to get us both LA and San Diego. That's a good woman right there.
