If your Tweedy music collection doesn't feel complete...

There were some threads about that show also. I thought it was terrible. -
Burning DVDs & Backing up a laptop
Analogman replied to BreezyGrass's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
After Dawn is a great place to find answers to DVD burning questions. I have not burned any dvds in a while, but as I recall, I also have some that will only play if I use the computer to watch them. I have an old cheap stand alone DVD player, so I have always thought that had something to do with it. I used Nero to burn DVD files. I believe AVI files have to be made into DVD files before they will burn to a DVD, and thus, play in an DVD player. At least, for me that is how it was. I you look up How to convert AVI files at After Dawn, you will find a lot of information. -
It could just be me. I have never really cared for any of their album covers, except for The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion. Although, anything is better than the Three Snakes and One Charm cover art.

I believe there was a thread about this when it was first on TV. It must be in the Via Chicago Archives somewhere. I don't recall any information about the song up at A Sea Black With Ink. I think J Hamm has this episode at The DVD Project. -
Whenever I see discussion such as this, I am reminded of my copy of Live at Leeds, which is very thick on one end of the record and normal size on the other end.

I have only heard/own the Chris solo albums. I think the album cover is boring, and does not really suit the music. I would have used a photo from the actual recording session.

Speaking of that, it's funny how they are separated in the photo on the cd sleeve. I think the cover art on the new album is sort of crappy.

Johnny Colt Much like Wilco, The Black Crowes have had several members over the years.

There is a link in the other thread about this film that lists when and where it it playing. Or - here is a revised list: City List

That's right. I have only saw them once, when they opened for Robert Plant on the Manic Nirvana Tour (1990).

Speaking of those albums, Marc Ford is now playing guitar for Booker T. Jones.

I really like the song Greenhorn. I am surprised you don't care for the Amorica/Tall/The Band songs. I found this at Wikipedia:

That is a Fred Neil song I do believe. Chris has quite the thing for songs about the old west, or whatever you want to call it. Here the links to the setlists, notes, reviews, etc.: February 21st February 22nd February 28th March 1st March 7th It appears they were offering a "reward" for anyone who pointed out if a taper was around. I guess just the one show has leaked out so far. It is interesting that they actually note that it was taped (February 21st). Also, I read somewhere that the vinyl version has the songs in a different order.

The date is actually March the 14th 2005. The lyrics go something like: I'm here In Time Don't Fear That every little thing. . .

The show has been available since January. It is still being seeded at Dime a Dozen. -
I've always liked that song.

Elton and Marc were friends. Elton is in the Born to Boogie film, and he was with the band on Top Of The Pops a few times.

That is nice that they offer the free album in FLAC or Mp3. Of course, when I grabbed the FLAC zip folder, it turned out to be empty. HA HA I like this album. It has a pretty nice sound, I'd say. I think I like the so-called free album better than the other album. I am hoping some more of the shows that went into making the album pop up somewhere. Although, it could be only the one leaked out. Ok - they sent me another code, so I could grab the FLAC files. So if you have problems, don't hesitate to get in touch with them. According to a post I just read on another message board, the o

The places they are talking about are bit torrent sites.

Hell, the last Wilco album leaked by way of Twitter. You never know where you will find stuff these days. I am speculating, of course. I don't mess with such things myself.

There is really no need to join some privater tracker, or even mess with a bit torrent site. I am sure if one digs around, you will find them on a Mp3/FLAC blog somewhere. Also, you can search Rapidshare for such things.
