  1. That Comes A Time from Buffalo is a classic. One of the reasons I've always preferred Buffalo to the previous night's Cornell show. There's also a great version on Hundred Year Hall.
  2. I've always been a fan of Lazy Lightning. Feel Like a Stranger, not so much
  3. I haven't checked the setlist database, but it sure feels like Handshake Drugs has been dropped from the live shows. I don't remember hearing it for a long time now.
  4. Reservations was an awesome closer. They way the band left the stage with the music playing out on a loop over the PA was just perfect
  5. It's about time, Bob, a/k/a rjhesq, what the heck took you so long??? http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=593916
  6. Bob reports he gave a quick listen to the recording and says it smokes. He also reported his batteries died during Spiders Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Good for you! I wanted to make the Lucero show tonight, but coming off SS weekend I didn't know if I would be up for it energy wise. I think I made the correct decision, but I probably would be fine, Lucero would lift me up. I'll be at Isbell tomorrow.
  8. What a beautiful Sunday afternoon on Joe's Field, and another great finish to an excellent SS weekend. The weather, the music, the art, the crowd, Wilco of course, all came together for a fantastic time. I thought the installations at MASS MoCA were awesome, maybe the best overall museum experience I've had at any of the 5 SS's. Onward.
  9. My buddy bob100 recorded all weekend. He's here camping, so I imagine his recordings will be up on bt.etree tomorrow or early this week.
  10. Not to be left unsaid, they put up the faux foliage stage setup after Kurt Vile finished. I was not expecting it, and was glad to see it. It fit right in With the Berkshires as a natural backdrop Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. The Tweedy incident (sounds like the name of a band) with the flying object was not a moth or insect, but a bat in full flight, dive bombing him as he was at the mike singing (I think it was during Jesus?). We watched the bat flying through the lighting rig for the next several minutes. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Loved the song selection. Loved the show. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Me too! Everyone who stops me then has to hear the backstory. Kurt Vile now. Having a blast!
  13. We didn't get rained on! I was without any water (didn't want to leave Joe's Field), and so dry I could not get words out of my mouth. My bad, that won't happen tonight. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Won't make the photo shoot, but look forward to seeing the photo Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. I had no idea Offerman and Spencer were out there. Thx for the reporting (as always). I loved hearing the album versions of each of the BT tunes. I listen to that album so often over the years, it was such a different band, I really got a kick hearing how true to the original versions they played. Just what a freaking night on Joe's Field Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. That was some heck of a night. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Solid Sound! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. Are you referring to the rehearsal photo? They rehearse inside the Hunter Center, where seats are set up for the comedy cabaret on Saturday.
  19. Came home to find my vinyl here waiting for me. Psyched to get his spinning!
  20. Scrolling through this topic getting ready. I don't see Aparna on the SS schedule. Am I missing something?
