Yeah. I have a very hard time believing this is a Wilco policy. -

I like both of those posters a lot...especially the one for the second night. -
Nice pic.

That's the second time this morning I've read about that James Blake song. Gonna go check it out now. Also, Theft of the Dial is a great name for this show. Love it!

I the Wilco crop circle poster and if I needed ANOTHER Wilco poster, I'd get this one. -

OK but songs have been taken out of rotation before. I don't see how this is a turning point.

Solid Sound 2010 Missing from Wilco World Shows Archive
-seven replied to -seven's topic in Just A Fan
Thank you for this info but I think it's odd that they list other shows before and after the Solid Sound shows which also don't have set lists available. Solid Sound isn't even listed. -
Why are the 2010 Solid Sound dates missing from the Shows Archive on Wilcoworld.net? Am I missing something? http://wilcoworld.net/#!/shows-archive?view_year=2010

I don't understand what you mean here. Turning point? What?

This sounds amazing!
-
Totally. If they do it again, I'll do it again.
-
Right?! Finally!

Congratulations to the guys. Well deserved. It would be great if they performed on the show. Wow! Wilco is the little engine that could.

ISO 1 ticket to 11/30 ACL Taping or 12/1 show Austin
-seven replied to falnanglnc's topic in Need Tickets?
Wilco just listed some tix available on twitter. act fast. -
Tickets were around $90 each if you bought early. Hotels were around $100 / night Camping is available. Don't know the price on that. Food was reasonably priced (and delicious) and there was free water available. Beer (pints) were $4 or $5 bucks. Transportation will depend on where you are coming from. But parking was free most everywhere and there were free shuttles as well.

Wilco - The Whole Love Bon Iver - Bon Iver Cults - mostly because I can't get Go Outside out of my head.

I love that they closed with The Lonely 1. I had heard that was done in the past and thought it would be amazing. It was such a treat to hear live and to see them in such a beautiful city in a beautiful auditorium. The best memento of the show is that the photo that Wilco posted of the setlist has a photo that Pat took that shows my husband and I sitting on the wall by the sea outside the theater.

The born again Christian / conservative thing is definitely a deal breaker, especially if this is not what/who you married. Just my opinion. I'm happily married for 14 years but if I was in your shoes, I'd be freaked out.

I skipped this one, but am going to the show in San Sebastian tonight after stopping for some delicious pintxos on the way

True. They were clapping in the middle of songs but it was great to see such enthusiasm for them in Spain.
-
That comment about the Scots was because of a horrible review they got after the Glasgow show.

The crowd in Madrid was amazing. They were so excited and enthusiastic. It was so much fun.
