Any chance they'll push up the release date because of it? It does beg the question, though. Why is there a need to preorder anything on iTunes?
-
Definitely! I've been listening to that a lot this week. Along with Man Man.

They picked it up after the first episode, I think. As someone who has not read the books, I'm enjoying it immensely. There have been times I was a little confused about who some secondary characters were, but I've been able to figure it out.
-
So, in other words, I might really like it.

They can't have the challenger lose every single time. Therefore, Michael Symon doesn't get on as often as he should. I remember reading a while back about the amount of lead time they get finding out the secret ingredient. I don't remember how much time it actually was, though.

Five Guys isn't bad. The location closest to me has had some quality-control problems, though, so I rarely go. Plus, it's not really that close to me.

Sure. Me.

It probably is. That doesn't make it less good, though. Personally, I'm excited about the one opening in Fort Worth a few minutes from my house. On the fast food burger chain, I place it at the top. There's something to be said for fresh ingredients that are never frozen or heated in a microwave. And it's hard to beat a Double-Double Animal Style. I'm also surprised to hear you denigrate the fries. They've always been great. There are so many good burger places here, though, that it'll just add to the list (Dutch's, Kincaid's, Magnolia Motor Lounge, Love Shack, Chubby's, Salsa Fuego,

Apparently, taste buds.

Gang Gang Dance - Eye Contact Fredrik - Flora This Fredrik album is really good. Gang Gang Dance wasn't bad, but I might need another listen to that one.

Agree on both of those, too. Especially Yuck. I'm usually not too enamored with '90s throwbacks, but that is a very enjoyable listen.

Okkervil River - I Am Very Far EMA - Past Life Martyred Saints On a bit of a winning streak this morning. Two more fantastic albums.

Sorry. Man Man - Life Fantastic.

This is excellent!

Covers that make you want to commit a capital crime

Is it really blasphemy to do a poor cover of a mediocre song, though? -
I like the slow opener. I've always thought "Hell is Chrome" makes a great opening song.

Do your siblings have the same musical taste as you?

No. And it drives me nuts. It's mainly country radio or Disney pop. -
It's confusing because the Wilco site lists the address for the Super Pit. That article makes it clear, though. Thanks for posting.

Thoughts? NP: Just a reminder that there has actually been some good music released in 2011.
-
I'll listen to it again, though. I was in a bad mood when I first listened, so it probably didn't help.
-
I couldn't really get into it.
-
I'm going to have to give it another listen later. I was a little disappointed, but I don't think I was in the mood for it this afternoon.

Don't forget our War on Drugs.

If you're in a seated venue, why wouldn't you sit?

I stand by my terrible remark. I really liked their first album. I dig this kind of music. I don't think this album was done well at all. And I certainly wouldn't put it in the top 5% of music being made.
