So Long
...Wilco recorded digitally ...holds some wonderful pop songs with some of Jeff's best lyrics ...feels a bit uneven ...rocks.
phish907
Took me the longest to digest. Like the previous post states, a bit uneven but I think it is beautiful.
aricandover
is still my favorite wilco album to listen to, even though the "A Ghost is Born" line-up is my favorite.
welch79
contains my two least favorite wilco tracks: can't stand it and my darling. also contains some of my favorite wilco tracks: htfl, jar, pieholden.
Guest Alan
...lead to wilco getting a new drummer. and a great one at that.
Kalle
... Is a pure pop masterpiece.
Wilco Worshipper
...I was introduced to them with ...has the lyric that gives all my gal pals the chills "Whenever we kissed we were surprised to find so much inside"
bourbonbreath
turned me on to the band and gave me my fourth favorite wilco song and a concert standard... 'a shot in the arm'
echo
...proved being there wasn't a fluke. ...capped the 90's off with a masterpiece. ...confirmed wilco was my favorite band.
explodo
Aricandover masturbates to four times a week.
aricandover
Aricandover masturbates to four times a week. three of those times, to this picture
mpolak21
three of those times, to this picture ...could have probably used a couple of more keyboard overdubs. In all seriousness this is my third favorite Wilco album, I'd give it five stars along with Yankee and Ghost. It's not quite perfect, but sometimes that works it's favor. The record can be so intense sometimes some of the lighter tracks ELT, My Darling, etc. are needed just so you can catch your breath. There are probably more underappericated gems on this album than any other Wilco realease. --Mike
So Long
contains my two least favorite wilco tracks: can't stand it and my darling. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of My Darling...
MunkyKayse
...contains the only song by Wilco that I can't stand... We're Just Friends. But I do like I Can't Stand It very much. First time I played it, it scared the crap out of me.
Littlebear
... is Wilco's best album, the most rich in melodies, and anyone not getting it as a whole wonder is simply deaf.
froggie
...told me there's more to Wilco than them being 'Billy Bragg's backing group on Mermaid Avenue'* (*aussie press-talk) and now look where its taken me! (even though pieholden is one of my least fave wilco tunes)
Littlebear
(even though pieholden is one of my least fave wilco tunes) and of course it's my favourite. No kidding.

(even though pieholden is one of my least fave wilco tunes) C'mon Froggie! Once those horns kick in it just makes an already awesome song even better, I absolutely love Pieholden Suite wish they'd play it live again.
stooka
....I didn't really care for originally and recently revisited. after hearing it again yesterday, I wonder..............WHAT THE HELL WAS WRONG WITH ME????????
quarter23cd
initially:...almost made me abandon Wilco altogether because it has a bunch of songs that sound like this: "doooooooweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee----doo-dooo---woo--doooo-woo" after some reflection:...taught me that maybe, just maybe "pop" isn't necessarily a dirty word. many years down the road:...still contains some of the best Wilco songs that I play the least. Saint Genevieve
... is a brilliant record that helped me through a really tough time in my life. One of the high points of my career as a music fan was getting to tell Jeff how much Summerteeth means to me.

JUDE
I listened to once and threw on the shelf only to "re-discover" six months later. Now tied with Being There as my all time favorite.

tongue-tied
... is Wilco's best album, the most rich in melodies, and anyone not getting it as a whole wonder is simply deaf. ...has some hardcore fans ..., along with AM, is played much less than any other Wilco album in my various music playing devices ...seems like the last album that saw Wilco putting up with bullshit from the label ('Can't Stand It', unnecessary bonus tracks with wrong song titles)
