Guest Jules
So, which album do you listen to most often right now, in 2009? Even if you're more of a live show person, which tunes are grabbing you at this moment? If you were gonna throw on a Wilco album right now, which would it be? (btw, for me it's AGIB) (No, Froggie, the Mermaid Ave. records don't count)

jmacomber68w
I'm on a big summerteeth kick at the moment. However I just rewatched IATTBYH so things might switch over to Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. For what it's worthy Being There is probably my most listened to Wilco record

KramkonG
I've been a riff heavy listener as of late so a handful of tracks off of AM have been playing my record...it's hard for me to get beyond Casino Queen...the thickness and the tones are simply head-wiggling... It was the Rolling Stones thread that got me thinking. Your "favorite" album isn't necessarily the album you're most often listening to.
Moss
Went with AGIB but like most people it changes based on mood or whatever. Went through a big Summerteeth phase a month ago.
explodo
I haven't listened to Wilco in months save a song or two, but the record I always come back to as a record is Summerteeth.
froggie
> (No, Froggie, the Mermaid Ave. records don't count) damn, i was going to say MM vol 2! oh well, BT then
stagerug
Right now...SBS

deepseacatfish
Yankee Hotel Foxtrot for me, though I did listen to Summerteeth a lot recently.
Kalle
AGIB for me, pretty consistently over the past four years.
mfwahl
I marked AGIB, but I've been listening to the AGIB bonus material the most. The live version of ALTWYS and Panthers.
Edie
The only studio record I listen to with any regularity is Summerteeth. I am a live show junkie otherwise.

Dreamin'
Summerteeth. You never forget your first love.
lost highway
Mine would be... YHFAGIBSTBTAMSBS --Mike. As much as this fan-boy hierarchy is easy to mock with a trick question (chronology). I bet the amount of combinations you can have would make for a lot of different Wilco fans. I'm not a math man but I know there's some formula for different sequences of six. I feel like I'm the only one with this: AGIBYHFBTSBSSTAM
Moe_Syzlak
AGiBYHFKT Rarely listen to any of the others. Not a fan a of the sound of those albums and prefer live versions.
stagerug
I'll go... AGIB (my favorite of the newer sound) BT (my favorite of the older sound) YHF (Who doesn't love this one) ST (many a lovely sad song wrapped in happy casings...clever) SBS (I'm the boy who gets excited...about Nels Cline...yes, I know that is from Summerteeth... save the keystokes) AM (Great collection of country pop ditties) I do enjoy all of them... for me it is hard to rank them. Three dollars and 63 cents
I've been listening more to live shows and mixes lately than full albums, but YHF was in my car stereo for over a month, and it's always been the Wilco album I've listened to in its entirety the most. I haven't listened to AGIB in quite awhile, though, so I'll probably put that on sometime today.
OOO
As much as this fan-boy hierarchy is easy to mock with a trick question (chronology). I bet the amount of combinations you can have would make for a lot of different Wilco fans. I'm not a math man but I know there's some formula for different sequences of six. I feel like I'm the only one with this: AGIBYHFBTSBSSTAM If you have "n" things you want to arrange in a particular order, you can arrange them "n!" different ways. So with 6 albums, we can arrange them 6! ways. Or 720.
lost highway
Thanks, you are the math expert I was looking for. So everyone can be their own individual Wilco fanatic, well they're all one in seven hundred and twenty.
