augustus westerberg
Restaurant review from the current NOW magazine (Toronto news/entertainment free weekly): http://www.nowtoronto.com/food/story.cfm?content=175445 Mostly positive review, their food critic can be just a tad pretentious though he mostly keeps that in check here, great publicity for the owner as the mag has a huge circulation. choo-choo-charlie
Wilco's Facebook page just posted a picture of Tweedy holding a menu here with the following caption: "Lunch at the Sky Blue Sky Sandwich Company in Toronto today. Tweedy's review: "Lunch was really good, but, to be honest, I prefer their earlier more experimental sandwiches."

bböp
Good thing Jeff came in, the owner said if he didn't he'd be playing Ryan Adams records all day! I heard that at least one Wilco song came on the stereo while Jeff was there, which seems to me like it would be a little awkward. Then again, it must happen to Jeff a decent amount these days, given the life of that "Heard while you're out and about thread." I should say I went by the shop today and tried a couple of sandwiches (Casino Queen and Shake It Off, I think). They were both really good! Also talked to the owner a little bit. I think he should post more on here instead of lurking!
