That's an interesting setlist.

  • Art of Almost
  • Poor Places
  • Bull Black Nova
  • Open Mind
  • Born Alone
  • One Wing
  • Black Moon
  • War on War
  • Far, Far Away
  • Dawned on Me
  • Cruel to be Kind (with Nick Lowe)

Noisy opening three! And then the relaxed pace of Open Mind...nice to see.

So much for IATTBYH and Jesus, etc., finally making an ACL broadcast. Haha.

So, according to the acl website the broadcast of Wilco's set from November. 30th will be on Feb. 4th.

Here's a link to a video of "Dawned On Me" from the broadcast.

Not the best sound mix, they took a lot of the teeth out of that song. I hope the rest of the broadcast let's you hear everything a little fuller.

I like what they've done with the other 5 non Whole Love and non Nick Lowe Songs. Proper samplings from all types of Wilco. Would prefer "I Love My Ladel" to 'Cruel to be Kind" though. Saw them do it twice this latest tour and each time there wasn't a guy onstage not grinning ear to ear the entire song...great vibe.

Probably because they were all about to get some soup...or something like that! Haha, ladel.

Blasphemer!

Hey! I like the song - I just guess I'd prefer a more "whalloping' closer than that tune. A lot of people around me at the show back in December were groaning when they closed with this one.

This made me smile. I'm gonna sing this whenever I'm in my kitchen from now on.
