sonnyfeeling
It looks like Tweedy is going to do one more swing through the U.S. in March before Wilco begins its pre-SOlid Sound Southern tour.. I stumbled across a listing at the ticketing service that handles shows for the Lensic Theatre here in Santa Fe, and they show a Tweedy show on March 26, with an on-sale date of January 10. I presume other dates in the tour will be announced soon, probably after the New Year.http://tickets.ticketssantafe.org/single/EventDetail.aspx?p=1606

Sandoz
My local paper says that Tweedy is playing at the Crystal Ballroom on 3/14. Portland, OR.
LouieB
Very cool. Still no Chicago show I guess. LouieB

Mr. Heartbreak
That's a whole lotta Tweedy going on!I was originally hoping for a Tweedy solo show in Florida, but now with all the Wilco shows + Solid Sound, I'm just hoping for a TWEEDY set in Mass.
LouieB
Damn, I have to be out of Chicago during that period in March. LouieB
Madcap
wondering if he's doing two shows here to make up for the taste? either way, this is great news. guessing this means no benefit shows this year, which is ok too.
Muzzle of Dan
Excited to see LA dtes are happening! I am there.
LouieB
Strange it is at the Vic. Seems like there is more demand than that. Not going to be there anyway so I don't care. LouieB
Nick110581
Shame there are no Texas dates but I am seeing Wilco!
linclink
Not that I was feeling that bad for Chicago, considering the Winterlude six-pack explosion of Wilco 20th Anniversary shows, but... I knew you'd get your TWEEDY/Jeff Tweedy gig eventually...and now two, & with The Minus 5 opening no less. Sweet!!! As in Sweet Home Chicago!!!
nalafej
Do we think it is the same format? Band, then solo, then band?
tstrapac
What are everyone's thoughts on going to two nights in a row? I'm assuming if it's the same format, the band set would be pretty similar, but we'll probably get a different solo set list both nights, right?

Griddles
So in 2013 when he played in Denver I was getting married, now when he is playing in Denver in 2015 I will be in Ireland. Can't we coordinate schedule a little better??
tstrapac
Ticekts for both nights in LA are secured. Awesome.
Muzzle of Dan
Got tix for the first night in LA. Funny how exactly at 10am there were no seats available in the center section... Glad I ended up with a pair anyway.
locke456
Anybody able to get Portland tix? F5'd from 9:55 until the "Purchase" button popped up. Never an option on the drop-down to buy more than one ticket, despite the "4 tickets max" message, and every single time, from 9:59 on, I got a message saying "We were not able to find any tickets in that section." Either they sold out before 10am or the page is just borked. Just wondering if anyone else had better luck.
