It seems that there was a shake up in Dylan's band too - Charlie Sexton is back - replaces Duke Robillard. This whole Americanarama tour has been pretty fascinating so far.

I would be fine if both of these were dropped -- I would rather hear Sonny Feeling or You Never Know. I remember hearing Born Alone for the first time in Fish Creek, WI at a Tweedy solo show, I thought the lyric I was born to die alone Alone was a bit cheesy. I probably haven't listened to SBS since last 4th of July - I will give it another listen this year. Can't remember the last the last time I listened to WTA. I always enjoy watching the DVD that came with the SBS deluxe.

Weir has been talking about Wilco for years, now - he's a fan, for sure.

I did see Bob Weir and MMJ shows from June 26, 2013/ Cruzan Amphitheatre at Archive.org. So there's hope others will pop up. (Damn Dylan)

If you want to splurge on your diet, add a egg yolk, spices, and a little cheese, put it all in the middle of half off one(where the pit was) and bake for a while. Good stuff.

I think someone will be sitting in with Dylan as the tour progresses, of course it may be the last show of the tour. As stated in another thread there is plenty of precedent in recent tours of people who were on the same bill sitting in with Dylan. I am guessing in Chicago, he will play 3 songs with Wilco backing - there I called it!

It's been awhile for me too --- really wanted to listen to a ABB show - the bastards. I guess $3.99 a month isn't too bad, if you listen to it often.

Don't want to cause another Taking a viachicago break thread, but what do you dislike about it - I always think it's good that he plays newer stuff, which songs did you think he should have dropped?

Often I think that's why he is always introduced as "Columbia recording artist - Bob Dylan" - the record company gets a plug on each boot/tape.

I should have wrote typical taping (mic's on stands out in the open, etc.). I have a crap load of Dylan tapes, probably too many. I am sure a tape made by a stealth taper will appear eventually. I think Suites tapes every now and then - maybe he taped it.

Yeah, I just read that - that's pretty cool. I'm guessing since Dylan is on the bill, taping will not be allowed.
